This morning’s meditation.
Within.
I am reminded how everything begins and ends within me.
No matter what is going on outside of me my reactions or responses are within me and within my power to choose.
We are given free will to choose how to believe, think, feel, and act.
We are empowered to make those choices without the ego’s need to impress others or play the victim.
Today I choose to tune into the frequency that is the Birther of the cosmos and breathes life into all creation; AKA God.
Today I choose to turn within and to appreciation all the beliefs, thoughts, and feelings.
Each of them has something to teach me about my Soul.
Today I intend to enter each experience with understanding, empathy, kindness, humor, humility, exuberance, peace, acceptance, appreciation, and Love.
May each of you find you power within.
You are Loved.
