I am reminded how we are allowed to have powerful spiritual experiences and still be human.
We can have moments of elation while still participating in this physical realm.
We are allowed to sing with the angels’ while speaking with the humans.
We are Divine spiritual beings having a physical experience.
We need to allow ourselves the gift of remembering we are connected to the Divine while being human.
My daily routine of setting of intentions, prayer, affirmations, appreciation, and meditation, give me the opportunity to connect with the Divine.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of connecting with your highest self throughout each day.
