Separation and rivalry, these are the basis of our troubles today.
I recall having beliefs which separated me from others. I created these beliefs from the messages I took from religion, politics, cultures, races, and media.
I remember judging others based on my beliefs about them without even meeting them.
I see this same type of behavior going on all around me and I choose to live differently.
Today I choose to practice acceptance and appreciation for all beings because I can learn about myself from everyone.
From those who choose behaviors I do not prefer I learn to create behaviors I do prefer. From those who show acceptance and appreciation I learn I get to have those same qualities.
Today I choose to enter every experience with compassion, kindness, appreciation, understanding, acceptance, empathy, peace and Love.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of finding your life of joy.
