I am reminded that a peaceful, serene mind is possible even in this physical realm.
When I get mentally caught up in what I don’t own and think I need to own.
When I get flustered because a relationship is not what I say it is supposed to be.
When I get myself annoyed because people are not doing, saying, and acting the way I know is best for them.
I have created my own discord.
I have made myself miserable and I get into racing thoughts and loop thinking; this destroys my inner peace.
When I take the time to stop, breathe, meditate, and say thank you, I can calm my mind.
As I practice breathwork, meditation, and gratitude each morning, during each day, and when I go to bed at night, I find inner peace more often.
My over thinking gets cut short, my acceptance increases, and my appreciation takes over as my primary thought process.
