I am reminded how my concept of God dictates my relationship with others.
When I lived in fear of God, I was in the mindset of competition in which I needed to be better than others so I would be judged as such and earn my way into heaven.
Over many years my conception of God has changed.
God is omnipresent, meaning God is all things and all things are God.
God is Love, meaning God is that frequency, that feeling of complete happiness, comfort, and joy.
How much I Love me I Love God.
The way I Love others is how I Love God.
God no longer sits in judgement. God is my greatest supporter and friend.
God Loves me no matter what I think, say, or do.
God Loves me enough to let me live out my life with free will and lets me learn from every experience.
God is that friend who lovingly watches from the sidelines and brings me in for refreshment and encouragement.
God is the greatest friend.
May each of you find your conception of God.
