The spiritual realm was first and from it came the manifestation of what we see as the physical or material world.
God created the material world; the material world only created its different perceptions of God.
Each day I choose to get myself aligned with the Divine prior to participating in the material world.
A simple practice of appreciation statements, setting of my intentions, affirmations, and meditation, each bring me into conscious awareness of the Divine.
Then I move along through my day participating as well as I can. When I find myself caught up in the old responses to life and I feel the disharmony or dis-ease welling up within, I know it is time to reset.
So, I stop, breathe, refocus on the Divine and my appreciation for this amazing creation in which we live and then return to my day.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of connection to the Divine.
