Self-appreciation and responsibility.

For many years of my life, I desired others appreciation and when I did not receive it, I would blame others for not seeing how wonderful and amazing I am.

This was rooted in and continued to feed a false ego. Hoping that I could feel better inside based on what others outside of me thought of me.

During my spiritual road trip over the last few years, I continue to discover how I am responsible for my self-appreciation.

When I can allow myself the gift of appreciation for the amazing creation in which I live and I express that appreciation through self-care; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, then I have no need for others appreciation.

The interesting part is the more I have appreciation for this amazing creation, the more I appreciate other beings and I seem to attract those who also appreciate being an amazing creation.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of self-appreciation.

There is much Love for you.
