Seeing myself

As a child I was always preoccupied with how others treated me, and I would change as often as needed to ensure that others liked me and were nice to me.

I depended on others for how I saw and defined myself.

If others disliked me, I disliked myself. If others thought I was great, I liked myself a little more.

In any case I was totally focused on self which is the definition of selfishness and self-centeredness.

During this road trip of discovery, I have stumbled upon a concept of seeing myself in relation to all other beings and how we are all connected.

This is a Divine connection through the Divine Spirit living within each of us. As I view myself through the eyes of the Divine, I can’t help but see the Divine in others.

Each of you is an amazing creation of Light and Love and I am honored to have this opportunity to live amongst you and interact with you.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of seeing yourself through Divine eyes.

There is much Love for you.
