Resentments

I am reminded how my resentments can undo any good I have created within me.

In my recovery I have learned that resentments are our number one offender.

In my battles to fight off resentments I became a hermit, I have faked kindness, I have hit people with false positivity, and I have flat out lied to myself and others.

Through each of those experiences I took the time to learn the lessons and I have come to acceptance.

Everything happens as it should for my greatest good, as long as I am willing to learn the lessons.

Every person enters my life as they are for my greatest good.

Today I choose to live in acceptance and appreciation; this is my formula for keeping inner peace.

May each of you find your formula to release resentments.

You are Loved.
