Resentments.

I am reminded today how I am responsible for my resentments towards others.

I may have experienced hurt from their words, actions, or inaction, yet my resentment is my doing.

Resentments are the result of imbalanced, and fear filled thoughts ruminating in my head.

Resentments are the main cause of distracted thinking, emotional upheaval, depression, anger, and anxiety.

I have literally experienced an anxiety attack having an imaginary argument with someone in my own head.

It was then I knew I needed to learn how to release myself from resentments.

After I completed a resentment list, moral inventory of myself and shared my list with another trusted person did I began to release my resentments.

After many experiences with this inventory process, I can now release my resentments as soon as they begin and save myself from the painful consequences of resentment.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of releasing your resentments.

You are Love and Loved.
