Remaining calm.

I used to fight to stay calm. Only to explode in frustration, anger, and rage later.

Or I would fall into a ball and cry because I was again a failure.

It was through accepting that fact that I have other feelings and emotions that I started to feel calm.

It was after I let go of the demand to be peaceful, that I felt calm.

It was when I stopped judging myself and others that I began to understand inner peace.

It was through learning how to acknowledge, experience, express and release my emotions that I found peace.

It is through living in acceptance and appreciation that I get to experience.

May each of you find your formula for inner peace.

You are Loved.
