It is in meditation that we sit in the Sunlight of the Divine Spirit refreshing the spirit in and around us.
It is due to the clamoring for other material things and beings to be as I believe they should be that I drain myself of Spirit energy.
It is when I am one with creation, and I live in my acceptance of others, that me to stand in the Sunlight of the Divine Love and I am energized again.
