I am reminded how my years of rebellion created my own misery and hurt others in my life.
My rebellion was in holding to my own beliefs and refusing to believe that God could be inclusive enough to be called by other names.
My rebellion against open-mindedness, acceptance, kindness, and love caused me to be closed off to the rest of the world.
When I had finally reached my breaking point, I had an emotional breakdown and suffered the feeling of something being ripped from my body.
Years later I now know it was the end of my rebellion, of my religiosity, and my judgement of others.
Today I live in joy, happiness, and freedom due to acceptance and Love.
We are all one in God, no matter what name or title you give to God.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of ending your rebellion.
You are Love and Loved.
