When I sit in my judgmental state of mind I am out of sorts.
I get frustrated, annoyed, angry, and even resentful.
I spent many years living out of balance and pretending I was happy that I was so much better than others.
As I grew along and found willingness to be honest, I discovered I was not happy, and I wanted nothing more than to be so.
Through a series of moral self-inventories, I discovered my beliefs which created all of my negative reactions to myself and thus others.
When I decided to improve my view of myself, my judgement of others decreased, and I began to gain balance from within.
The more I realized that I am Love and I am Loved the less I competed against others.
The less I needed to compete the more I lived in acceptance and Love of others.
When I changed my perspective, I became accepting of others.
Today I choose to practice appreciation, affirmations, meditation, and acceptance.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of living in balance today.
You are Love and Loved
