Patience comes from acceptance

I have had times when I would have an ideal life planned out in my head and I would get myself into a frenzy attempting everything I could do to achieve that life, only to end up in a heap in frustration and sadness.

I have done the same thing with small simple projects around the house, and I would end up frustrated and angry.

I have had multiple opportunities to figure out what beliefs I am carrying out that would bring me these results.

Up to this point I find a belief that I need to get everything done right away because there is something else going on that I am missing.

Or I need to be able to get what I want done quickly so I can be seen as talented or whatever.

I have decided to release myself from those old agreements and to allow for acceptance to play out in each experience in my day.

Acceptance brings me the opportunity to see my current life as it truly is, to patiently complete projects large and small without frustration, sadness, or anger.

Acceptance reminds me that everything is exactly the way it is supposed to be in my life at this moment.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of releasing yourself from old agreements which no longer serve your greatest good.
