Tom Morrison

No worries.

I am reminded that making plans for the future is just fine as long as I don’t set myself up emotionally.

I used to get myself into some heavy expectations about future events and I always ended up being disappointed.

Now I recall the words of one of my sponsors when he suggested I plan the plan not the outcome.

I also recall the suggestion that I look to the future with the simple question: I wonder what I get to learn from this experience?

I am also reminded that the past is simply a life lesson not a life sentence.

I have learned that it is okay to forgive myself for past behaviors I now consider unhealthy.

Condemnation is a judgment and that is not my job.

Today I choose to live in the present moment knowing that everything happens for my greatest good.

May each of you live today with no worries.

You are Love and Loved.
