My part.

I am reminded this morning how I am allowed to do my part in the creating of a peaceful world.

It used to be that I would preach at others, who did not believe as I did, on the danger they were in of living in hatred and sadness.

My arrogance tempered with false humility and fear of being wrong was ridiculous.

Through completing a few self-inventories, finding my part of every resentment I ever carried and accepting responsibility and accountability for my part, I found true humility.

As I grew along on this spiritual journey, I discovered acceptance is the key to freedom.

When I allow myself to accept every person, place, thing, situation, institution, and principality as it is, in my life at this moment, I am free.

In my acceptance I lose judgement of self and others. Without judgement I find no fault and I place no blame.

I am free from any need to save or fix anyone.

I can allow myself to Love them as they are at that moment and in so doing, I allow them to have their own experiences and see through my example a different perspective.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of discovering your part in making this world joyful.

You are Love and Loved.
