I have learned how my mindset or perception dictates my reactions to the world.
When I lived in fear, anxiety, frustration, annoyance, and anger I saw the world as unsafe, and I believed I was a victim of powers outside of me.
After I became willing to take an honest look at my own beliefs about me, I discovered unworthiness, self-doubt, self-hate, and shame.
Through a consistent practice of releasing myself from those childhood agreements I have set myself on the path of healing.
Through daily affirmations, self-love, appreciation, setting of intentions, and meditation I have learned and installed new beliefs about myself.
I am an amazing creation.
I am beautiful.
I am intelligent.
I am powerful.
I am compassionate, empathetic, loving, kind, and peaceful.
