First step, find the calm within.
Second step develop and maintain an appreciation for the calm.
Third, allow a willingness to experience calm in all situations.
Fourt, be accepting that during the times of emotional upset you can feel the emotions while living out the calm.
Peace is knowing that experiencing and expressing feelings is normal and healthy.
Allowing myself the calm while going through emotional experiences has been a practice of many years and many lessons.
A daily practice of setting of intentions, prayer, meditation, appreciation, and affirmations has provided me what I needed in order to begin to live in peace while participating in life.
