Tom Morrison

It’s in how you think.

I am reminded that I have a choice in how I view myself and the world around me.

My old beliefs would have me thinking I am to short, old, slow, clumsy, fat, dumb, and ugly.

These brought me to insecurity to which I created defenses against others who I believed made me feel inadequate in comparison.

During this time of change I have allowed myself to see me as compassionate, kind, empathetic, peaceful, loving, handsome, smart, healthy, joyful, and free.

I choose acceptance and appreciation, of myself and others.

I choose to believe that each being is a physical manifestation of God through which the Creator gets to learn about itself through billions of perspectives, and I am one of those perspectives.

I get to love and be loved.

May each of you create a healthy and loving mindset of you and those around you.

You are Love and Loved.
