It’s imagined

This morning’s meditation.

It’s imagined.

I am reminded how most of my suffering was created and maintained by me in my mind.

In my fear I would suffer more in my imagination than I ever did in reality.

Fortunately, I have figured out how to experience empathy and sympathy without needing to suffer.

The healthiest place for my mind to exist is in the present moment.

Right here, right now, sitting in my room typing on my computer and listening to meditation music my life is excellent.

There is no past or future.

Only this present generous moment.

In this moment I sit with deep appreciation this amazing life and the opportunities to create.

May each of you find your way to exist in the present and generous moment.

You are Loved.
