Those who choose to maintain conscious awareness of the turmoil and destruction they will continue to progress further into despair and anxiety.
What you focus on remains a choice.
Today I choose to see the beauty of the amazing creation in which we live. I greet each being that enters my conscious awareness from the smallest to the largest.
I greet my ancestors as they enter my awareness.
Today I choose to live in deep appreciation for the amazing life I have thus far and the even more amazing life I have yet to create.
