Inside job.

This morning’s meditation.

Inside job.

“When you are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself and study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.” Epictus

This has been one of my most difficult yet fruitful lessons.

I have spent many hours looking at my own behaviors and discovering my part behind each behavior.

I have worked at removing myself from what I see others do and focus on what I must believe about myself to create the reaction I have to other people’s behaviors.

I have found how it is never what goes on around me that creates my feelings and emotions.

It is always an inside job.

Other beings are simply living out their role in your life in order for you to learn about the beliefs you have about you.

With that mindset I can focus on appreciation for others being in my life as they are and the lessons I can learn from the interactions we have.

May each of you discover your inside job.

You are Loved.
