Tom Morrison

Identify, challenge, and change.

I am reminded of the power I have to create a healthy, positive, mindset.

I am allowed to review my reactions to life and to identify the ones that no longer serve my greatest good.

I have discovered the tell-tale signs when I’m reacting to life in an unhealthy manner. I will feel resentful, angry, spiteful, depressed, anxious, frustrated, annoyed, and the like.

When I experience those indicators, I get to stop, breathe, reset, identify, challenge, and change the beliefs and thoughts which caused my unhealthy reactions.

A daily inventory, or even a spot check inventory can be invaluable when it comes to creating a healthy mindset.

I am empowered with free will to create a positive mindset which allows me to respond to life in a healthy and balanced way.

I choose to create my mindset through a daily set of intentions, including entering every experience with compassion, acceptance, understanding, kindness, appreciation, empathy, peace, and Love.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of creating a healthy and balanced mindset.

You are Love and Loved.
