Guilt cycle.

I remember riding the guilt cycle so far down into shame that I knew I was the worst person ever created, and no one could ever like me much less love me.

It was a very self-centered shame, totally focused on me and how bad I was, and how no one could ever like me.

I only had remorse based on how others would look at me or think of me.

Fortunately, I have broken the cycle and found the balance between service to others and self-care.

Through self-inventories, prayers of appreciation, and meditation, I have discovered how I am goodness, kindness, peace, and Love.

I am worthy of Love.

I am worthy of living a life where I am compassionate, empathetic, understanding, appreciative, accepting, kind and Loving towards all creation.

Today I get to live the type of life I prefer as opposed to living a life I do not prefer.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of finding and living out your self-worth.

You are Love and Loved.
