I am reminded how each difficulty, tragedy, problem or horrible situation can be a starting point for joy.
I recall believing every bad thing was a punishment and it meant I was a bad person, getting what I deserved.
As I have released those limiting beliefs, I have found how each experience was simply an opportunity for me to learn what I do and do not prefer.
When we discover what we do not prefer we create that which we do prefer.
Simply creating new beliefs about myself through repeated I am statements.
With the new positive, self-affirming beliefs you can create a mindset of joy.
You have all you need to create a healthy, positive, and balanced mindset.
