Depression

I’m reminded how I affected if not created my bouts of depression.

The variety of depression I suffered in the past was self-inflicted.

It was brought about as a reaction to my expectations or “needs” not being met by other people.

I could feel hurt and depressed for days or weeks when I was rejected by another being, or the government didn’t do what I thought was best, other people behaved in ways I judged and bad, and other expectations.

Fortunately, I discovered how to release others and myself from my expectations.

I started the journey of acceptance. I have adopted the belief that everything in my life happens as it should for my greatest good.

Even when I experience things I do not prefer, I have learned that much, and I can identify what outcomes I do prefer.

No more unrealistic expectations, no more depression.

May each of you find your release from the unwanted feelings and emotions.

You are Love and Love.
