Dedication.

I have found a difference between dedication and obsession.

I used to base my moods on being able to do my daily routine exactly as I thought it needed to be done in order for me to have a successful day.

As an example, if I did not make my prayers of appreciation before getting out of bed, I believed I would be off center all day, and nothing would get me back into balance.

Today’s readings reminded me that dedication is about being faithful and not needing to be right.

Today if I don’t get my prayers done as soon as I wake up, I am allowed to say them later and still experience and amazing day.

In fact, being dedicated to my overall well-being is a moment-to-moment choice in my day.

Today I allow myself to participate in my daily routine without the need to do it “right” and I enjoy the freedom to be dedicated to my happiness, joy, and freedom all day long.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of healthy dedication to your happiness.

You are Love and Loved.
