Change for the better.

I am reminded how I am in charge of how I respond to life.

This includes how I respond to my spouse, the traffic, the kids, the government, religions, people I meet in the store or gym, and especially to myself.

I am the only living being who has to encounter me 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Therefore, I need to choose a set of characteristics I prefer to experience.

In the past, I have sat with a critical view of me, and I would consistently call myself an idiot or dumbass.

As it turns out my body does not know anything other than what I say. So, I was creating a cycle of self-defeat.

I prefer a cycle of success; therefore, I needed to change how I talked to myself.

As I improved my self-perception, I improved my perception of others.

With this new and improved perception, I have a healthier response to life.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of a healthy self-perception.

You are Love and Loved.
