Blame

This morning’s meditation.

Blame.

I have experienced many years of blaming others for my feelings and emotions, and I spent years in shame and guilt over blaming myself over how bad I was as a person.

Eventually the desire to find a different way of living emerged.

I discovered how nothing outside of me gets to control anything inside of me.

I then discovered how my guilt and shame fueled the cycle of self-defeat.

Slowly I have welcomed acceptance and appreciation as my main beliefs.

I have accepted that I needed to go through the difficulties to find the lessons for me and my evolution.

I appreciate each person who has participated in my life and assisted me in learning who and what I am.

Today I participate in the cycle of creation. That which I focus on I attract so I live in appreciation for the amazing beings in my life.

I appreciate who and what I am and the feelings and emotions I experience for they are my guides.

Today I choose to enter each experience with humor, appreciation, understanding, empathy, humility, kindness, joy, acceptance, peace, and Love.

When I become aware I am falling short of those goals, I will stop, breathe, reset, and start anew.

May each of you release yourself from blame.

You are Loved.
