I have come to learn that being fit includes physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
These are the four base characteristics of the human being and each of us has the ability to be healthy in all four areas to the extent we are given.
Some people will argue that they are limited physically. Well, not for your purpose here on earth.
You are suited for God’s will for you no matter what your perception of your physical abilities.
The same can be said for the other areas as well.
We are all suited differently because our purpose here on earth is specifically ours.
Some people get lost in the mental game of comparing themselves to others and that is competition not collaboration.
Therefore, I find it most helpful to look only at my health physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I am more than happy to discuss with others their plans for growth, yet I will encourage them to focus on when they feel most excited and at peace.
That is a good indicator of how healthy they are at any given moment.
For me, well, I utilize setting of intentions, appreciation, affirmations, and meditation.
I eat healthy most of the time and I do exercises 6 days a week.
I listen to or read something new, and I write something daily.
