I am reminded that the strength God provides is always available to me while I am in tune to God’s will for my life.
It has been my experience that when I am not tuned into the Frequency of God, I will get spiritually exhausted.
When I take the time to stop, breathe, make my statements of appreciation, set my intentions, and meditate I am then tuned into God’s will for my life.
I find it much easier to tune in for the present moment as opposed to trying to find out God’s will for my entire life.
To that end I will take time during the day to spend 10 minutes refocusing on the Divine design for that moment and move on with confidence in God’s power.
May each of you find and tune into the Frequency that is God.
