As I go along this journey as a spirit being having a human experience, I believe my natural state is calm.
As I review my past thus far, I can see how I got myself so emotional, out of balance, angry, depressed, anxious, and hateful.
I was simply acting out the programing I had taken on as a child in this physical realm.
When I discovered that I could also exist in the spirit realm I started to practice experiencing both realms and I allowed myself the gift of calm.
Trust me, there are times each and every day when I am not experiencing the calm and those are the times I am reminded to allow the calm.
Through daily setting of intentions, appreciation statements, affirmations, and meditation, it becomes easier to allow the calm.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of feeling the calm.
