Agents of change

This morning, I am reminded of the two actions which will continue to create change in me and my life.

Prayer and meditation.

For me, prayer consists of statements of appreciation. That which I appreciate will multiply.

Meditation has many forms, and anyone can meditate.

I love early morning statements of appreciation, meditation, affirmations and setting of my intentions.

When I say early morning, I mean before I get out of bed each day, somewhere between 5am and 6am.

Prayer brings me into a state of gratitude which brings about a mindset which moves me to look for more things for which I can be grateful.

Meditation creates an inner state of being which allows for calm, healing, Light, and Love.

That which I create during meditation I will carry with me throughout the day.

May each oof you allow yourself the gift of prayer and meditation today.
