I am reminded how I get to be completely free.

Throughout my many 24 hours in sobriety I have participated in this action multiple times in order to level up spiritually, morally, mentally, and emotionally.
This process is one of the most effective ways to cut down the ego and live in serenity.
I have also come to realize that when I am talking with another human being I am talking with God.
I appreciate that part due to the reminder it gives me that when speaking I choose to speak with Love to all beings.
Sometimes speaking with Love means not speaking at all and allowing the other to participate in their own journey.
Sometimes speaking in Love means telling my own experiences with the motivation of offering hope and strength.
Today I choose to speak with Love to every being I encounter.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of speaking with Love.
