Let them be

I am reminded this morning how I am allowed to let others have their own experiences.

I continue to practice leaving others alone.

I can experience their anxiety, fear, frustration, annoyance, anger, and other emotions without needing to try and fix them.

I am allowed to turn inward to my peaceful center and release myself from saving them from the uncomfortable feelings and emotions.

I can still care about them without having to save them from their experiences.

In fact, allowing others to participate in their own journey is one of the greatest gifts we can give them.

It is through a daily practice of meditation, appreciation, setting of intentions, and affirmations that I place myself in the mindset which allows me to participate in other people’s lives without having to control their experiences.

Trusting in the Divine design which the creator has put into place and knowing that all things are in my life exactly as they are supposed to be for my greatest good.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of letting others have their own experiences.

You are Love and Loved.
