I am reminded how any imbalance, defect of character, or “sinful nature” in my behavior is mine and only mine.
I no longer look to blame other people, places, things, situations, institutions or principalities.
I no longer blame some evil being outside of me for my behaviors which bring me discomfort, dis-ease, fear, anxiety, frustration, or anger.
I am in charge of my beliefs, thoughts, feelings, actions, and reactions.
I get to do the shadow work which brings about an alteration in my responses to life.
I get to do the self-inventories to discover where I am now willing to change in order to bring about serenity, joy, happiness, and unity.
The result of my work brings me into alignment with the Love that is God.
I am allowed access to that Love anytime I choose.
I am allowed to live in humility, appreciation, acceptance, and Light.
The joy for me is knowing I am always loved by God, even in my darkest night of the soul I was being Loved by God.
No conditions were needed for me to be aligned with that Love other than willingness to make my changes to obtain balance.
It is through a daily routine of making statements of appreciation, setting my intentions, affirmations, and meditation that I become aware of the conscious contact with God.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of aligning with the Love that I call God.
