I am reminded this morning how I am allowed to take time to reset.
Every morning, before I get out of bed, I make statements of appreciation, set my intentions, make my affirmations, and meditate.
This allows me to set my mood for the day.
When, during the day, I find myself responding in ways I do not prefer, I take the time to stop, breathe, reset, and when I am back into the feelings I do prefer, I carry on with my day.
Often times this process takes less than three minutes, and I am always willing to take the time to create the mood I prefer.
I have come to find out that acceptance is the answer to all my problems today.
If I have a problem with a person, place, thing, situation, institution, or principality I am the one with the problem.
Everything is exactly as it is supposed to be in my life today and every experience is here for my greatest good.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of taking the time for your greatest good.
