Rest and action

I am reminded how it is important for me to maintain a balance between rest and action.

I have had experiences when I worked long and hard, even to the point of exhaustion and then I was unable to take any useful actions the next day.

I have also experienced being at rest for so long I was unmotivated to take any actions.

I have discovered the usefulness of meditation throughout each day.

These times away allow for the ultimate type of rest which allows me more stamina and clarity of mind in order to carry out useful actions.

Simply taking 10 to 15 minutes three times a day to practice meditation allows me peacefulness, clarity, energy, strength, and endurance.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of a balance between rest and action.

You are Love and Loved.
