Fear.

This morning, I am reminded that fear is one of our human reactions to those experiences we choose to call scary, frightening, unsettling or whatever term you choose.

However, my response to fear is my choice.

When I experience fear, I can choose to stop, breathe, reset, and choose my response.

Generally, my fear means False Evidence, Appearing Real.

I can hold up appreciation for the feeling of fear because it lets me know whatever I was thinking was not true.

The more I look into fear in the human the more I realize I have mistaken other feelings for fear, and I can now return to acknowledging my other feelings and emotions as they were created for me to use.

Each feeling and emotion I get to acknowledge, experience, express, and release, as they arise in my daily life.

Fear is included in this practice for I will no longer live in fear.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of releasing yourself from fear.

You are Love and Loved.
