Sharing.

I am reminded this morning how my research and my expertise are of very little use when it comes to helping others.

It is my personal experiences and my willingness to honestly share those experiences with others that makes me the most helpful.

Sharing about the why behind my past life choices, the cause of my internal changes, and the motivation behind the life I lead now.

This is how I have been most helpful to others.

Basing my sharing in humility, compassion, and honesty seems to be the most effective combination.

Admittedly, much of my helpfulness is fueled by a desire to remain sober and deepen my spiritual connection to the Divine Source.

I have a daily practice of prayers of appreciation, setting of intentions, meditations, and affirmations.

This brings me into alignment with the Divine Source energy and fuels my life.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of sharing your life’s journey.

You are Love and Loved.
