I am reminded today how trust in the Divine Source Energy gives me inner calm.
Knowing that God is in all things and all things are in God allows me to experience the ups and downs of this life with an inner calm.
I can feel the feelings and express emotions while maintaining a sense of calm within.
Holding on to the belief that, in my life, everything happens as it is supposed to for my greatest good brings me a sense of calm.
I am here to have every experience in order to learn what I do not prefer and to create what I do prefer.
Trusting that everything always works out in the end allows me a sense of calm within.
