First thing

I am reminded to become aware of the Creator as I wake for the day.

In my past I would run my life on self-will until I had created so much chaos that I would cry out to God to help me.

I have repeated this pattern until I realized I needed only to make my connection to the Creator early and often.

I choose to make statements of appreciation as soon as I become conscious in the morning.

I practice being grateful throughout my day and then as I lay down at night, I again say thank you.

I also take the time to do meditations throughout my day and at the end of the day.

What I have noticed is that I no longer run into moments when I need to cry out to the Divine Source Energy for help.

I can intuitively know how to handle situations with confidence and inner peace.

When I do have episodes of emotions I say thank you for the reminder to turn my attention to the Creator in gratitude.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of gratitude today.
