Childhood beliefs.

When I was a child, I created some of the beliefs about myself.

Later in life those same beliefs brought me to a crisis, one which almost ended my life.

The main belief was “I’m not worthy”. The second was “I’m never good enough”.

Because I believed those thoughts for so long, nothing I did ever brought me to a level of comfort or appreciation which allowed myself peace.

During my adulthood, I had caused my first wife and my son’s great emotional pain due to my response to my childhood beliefs.

After the divorce I worked hard on changing the beliefs I held about myself in order to experience emotional maturity and some personal peace.

I no longer need external validation to feel like a good person.

I am finally comfortable in my own skin.

I choose to live in acceptance, and appreciation for who and what I am.

Today my intention is to enter each experience with acceptance, humor, appreciation, kindness, understanding, kindness, peace, and Love.

May each of you find your self-love.

You are loved.
