I am reminded how the egoic reactions served a purpose and when those lessons were learned the old reactions will take a back seat to the replacements.
Fear is replaced by courage.
Frustration is replaced by peace.
Chaos is replaced by calm.
Judgement is replaced by acceptance.
Fear of lack is replaced by appreciation.
Hatred is replaced by Love.
Feelings and emotions are normal, yet when they are constant, they create a toxic environment within the human being.
The feelings and emotions are simply a check engine light for the human.
When I feel dis-ease I need to thank that feeling and discover how to return myself harmony.
It is through daily statements of appreciation, setting of intentions, breath work, and meditation that I practice replacing the old reactions with the new responses to life.
