Spot check.

I am reminded how a spot check inventory is very helpful, especially in the throes of an emotional upheaval.

I have been practicing the art of stopping, breathing, and resetting when I feel emotionally off balance.

My biggest lesson has been to lose my judgement of myself for getting upset in the first place and then remembering how the other person did not make me feel bad. I create my reactions and responses.

A spot check inventory helps me to remember how those “bad” feelings are simply helping me.

They are letting me know it is time to do a spot check inventory or a reset prior to moving forward with my day.

These practices have helped me stop ruining an entire day because of one moment of unbalanced reactions.

Today I choose to start my day with acceptance and appreciation.

My intention for today is to maintain conscious awareness of my mood and to perform a reset whenever it may be needed.

May each of you find and keep your balance.

You are Loved.
