Unreasonable demands.

I am reminded how this can be the root of most of my disappointments.

I have a history of placing unreasonable demands or expectations on others and then blaming them for not meeting my expectations or demands.

When I feel envy or jealousy, I am reminded to check myself and to discover what expectation or demands I have mentally placed on them or myself which did not get met and I release myself from them.

When I get myself into frustration, annoyance, anger, and rage, I need to follow the same process.

I check for the unreasonable demands, and the expectations I placed and release them.

I practice viewing other beings with acceptance.

Because acceptance is the answer to all my problems today.

May each of you release yourself from your unreasonable demands and expectations.
