I am reminded how these two practices are paramount to creating healthy responses to life.

I have discovered the best form of prayer for me is statements of appreciation or gratitude.

The meditations have allowed me to alter my responses to life.

I have gone from living in constant protection mode to living free and happy.

I have moved from fear of all things to unity with all things.

I have moved from insecurity to confidence.

I have moved from egotistical to humble.

I have moved from emotional immaturity to emotional maturity.

Evolving is a constant process throughout our lives.

Today I choose to live in conscious contact with the Divine Source Energy through prayer and meditation.
