Spiritually fit.

I am reminded of the importance of remaining spiritually fit.

For me this includes emotional maturity, being physically healthy, and mentally clear.

Physically healthy means I choose to eat well, maintain good hydration, I complete exercises and stretching on a daily basis.

Mentally I choose to challenge my myself through games, reading and listening to others who have knowledge I do not.

Emotional maturity comes from doing an inventory of my reactions to life, finding the belief which causes that reaction, and changing it if it no longer serves my greatest good.

Spiritually I choose to make daily statements of appreciation, do meditation, state my daily intentions, and participate in some action which brings me into alignment with the Divine Source.

I have found it important to maintain a balance of all four of these parts of me in order to remain in tune with God.

May each of you allow yourself the gift of living spiritually fit.
