These are 2 of the 4 parts of the human being.
In my work as a personal trainer, I suggest my clients’ asses their food intake and begin to change out the foods which are not helpful in getting the body healthy.
In my spiritual work I make the same suggestions.
To find the beliefs which create a separation from the Divine source and to create new beliefs which bring me into alignment with the Divine design for my life.
Thus far I have left behind judgement, hatred, fear, anxiety, annoyance, and other beliefs and reactions which put me in dis-harmony.
I practice entering each experience with understanding, acceptance, appreciation, empathy, compassion, kindness, peace, and Love.
I also practice exercising my body each day through, walks, weightlifting, stretching and a little tai chi.
I find my days are more enjoyable because I have found a balance in my life.
